One Ogudu Magistrates’ Court for Lagos State , yesterday, been remand one 19-year-old man, wey him name na Andrew Chinedu for  prison, because of say, them say him been dey sleep with  two sisters, wey be eight years and six years.
Them dey try Chinedu, wey be apprentice, wey dey live for Irawo, for two-count charge for watin oyibo dey call child defilement and sexual assault.
As them start the case, the prosecutor, wey be Inspector Lucky Ihiebie, tell the court say make them keep the accused for prison, as them dey wait to receive legal advice from the State Director of Public Prosecutions
Him talk say the accuse been commit the offence between June 2018 and September 2018 for Abayomi Street, Irawo, for Ajegunle area of Ikorodu for Lagos State. The prosecutor talk say the Lagos State Domestic and Social Violence Office, wey been first handle the case and confirm say true true , say Cinedu been clear the bush of the girls. Them come tell their papa make him report the case to police.
Ihiebie talk say the accused been dey live for the same compound with the girls papa and mama. According to ram, when them ask the senior sister question, she talk say Chinedu dey always call am enter room, when her mama and papa no dey arroud. The magistrate, wey be Mrs E. Kubeinje, talk say Chinedu go spend the next 65 days for prison as them dey wait to receive legal advice from the State Director of Public Prosecutions
Kubeinje, wey been give the ruling, been no gree hear chinedu beg.
Ihiebie talk say this offence contravene Sections 137 and 259 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
