Rahma tell the court say Bajeh been abandon her when her belle been dey eight months, because of one  misunderstanding wey them get.

She tell the court say, she and her newborn pikin been dey live with her brother after Bajeh cut off all communication with am. She talk say,

“My mother call am to tell am say I don born pikin for am, but him tell her say him no go accept the pikin until him confirm am through wetin dem dey call DNA test,” Na so she tell the court.

Rahma been also talk say their parents been don also try say make dem settle the matter, she even tell the husband say make him try to agree to take responsibility of the pikin welfare until when the result of the test go commot.

The complainant also beg the court say make them scatter the marriage since her husband don use mouth to divorce am already.

For him defence, the man tell the court say him divorce him wife for 2015 because of say she dey do touch-touch with other people even as she dey married to am, na that thing make am deny the pikin after them born am.

The Judge, Musa Sa’ad-Goma, come rule say “since the defendant don confirm say him want make their marriage scatter, the court go present divorce certificate to the complainant.”

Sa’ad-Goma still talk say the legitimacy of the child, that is who go get the pikin, dem go discuss am with the Parents on January 24.
