The family of Ehianu Ugbom for Umu-Osi Quarters, Ekwuoma inside Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State, don petition the state police command, sake of say, dem go release the suspects, wey strangle the mother of one six-month-old baby, Helen Ehianu, till she die…
The father of the deceased, Mr Augustine Ehianu, don call on the police say, make dem re-arrest the suspects and make them face prosecution.
The thing wey happen before now be say, some persons been strangle one Twenty-eight-year-old Helen, con dump her dead body inside pit for Obior community, Aniocha North Local Government Area of the state, and this one na after dem been don declare say she dey miss, since on March 22, 2018.
Na for March 24, 2018 wey d police operatives con find her dead body… The elder brother of the deceased, Samuel Ehianu, dey talk say the victim friend, Precious Mmaduneme, get hand inside the matter… Because according to am, The deceased and Mmaduneme been commot from her compound wey dey inside Ekwuoma for Ogwashi-Uku on March 22, 2018, for the treatment of her epilepsy before she meet her untimely death.
We con hear say, Mmaduneme been joinbody with Precious Nwali and Chikodi Emuka to commit this kind crime.
We also hear say, the suspected killers of Helen, wey be child traffickers, been run with her six-month-old baby, wey dem later recover after the operatives of the state police command been arrest the suspects.
But the family, inside one petition wey  P. E. Okwuokei-Ajabor of P. E. Ajabor & Co (Legal and Property Consultants) been sign, con appeal to the police say make dem quick-quick, re-arrest the suspects for the interest of justice.
As him talk with PUNCH Metro on Sunday, Helen Papa, wey be Augustine, dey complain seriously say, the suspected killers of him daughter, dey waka free without correct punishment by the state police command. Him still talk say, him don make several efforts to make sure say, the Police revisit the case but nobody wan answer am…
Him also dey plead with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa,  say the way wey them kill him daughter no dey fair at all, so make him enter the matter, so that other people wey get mind to do this kind thing for the state no go ever succeed or go free…
When we contact, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Andrew Aniamaka, him con plead for time so that him sef go fit investigate why them been release the suspects.
