The convict, wey dey live for one uncompleted building with the person wey die, dey live for Okun for Ajah area for Lagos, been talk say him no dey guilty of watin them say him do.
The Prosecutor, wey be Adeniji Kazeem, wey also be senior advocate of Nigeria and Attorney General of Lagos State, been tell court say Mr. Tijani, wey be 31 years, been kill Bashorun Okan-lawon, wey be 57 years old, with machete arround 2:30 in the morning.
Hin talk say this offence contravene Section 221 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
During the trial, the 16-year-old pikin of the man wey them kill, wey him name na Adeola Okanlawon, tell court say the accused use cutlass kill him father, after him father complain to the accused say the smoke wey him generator dey comot dey disturb am.
According to Adeola, him say him papa been ask the convict say make him change where him put him generator so the smoke no go dey enter him room, but him no gree, na him quarrel start, fight come bust.
Adeola talk say as the convict go carry cutlass, come cut cut him papa, him say him beg am say make him stop, but say him no gree hear.
