Maryam Abubakar wey be the wife of one Shamsu Lawal done carry her husband go one sharia court for inside magajin gari area for inside kaduna state and she want make the court scatter her marriage.
She talk say the reason wey she want make court scatter her marriage na because her husband no dey take cae of her.
Maryam tell court say her husband been abandone her for six months with no food ,medical attention and shelter as she talk say her husband dey owe her 40 thousand naira.
She come beg the court say make them scatter the marriage and make dem compulsory her husband to pay her the 40 thousand naira wey him dey owe her.
Shamsu Lawal, come talk say no oh him no do like that ,as him talk say him no leave him wife even for one month. As him confess say na true say him dey with her 40 thousand naira wey she talk say make him keep for her.
The Judge wey him name na Musa Sa’ad-Goma tell Shamsu Lawal make him give him wife her 40 thousand naira back.
As him tell the two of them make them come with their parents on febuary 13.
