She tell the court say the complainant been don pay the defendant N9m for the land but all the efforts wey him make to recover the land or to collect am back, no give am result.

The prosecutor con still talk say, instead of to return the money, the defendant con dey threaten the life of the complainant.

The prosecutor say, the offences contravene or go against the provisions for sections 311 and 321 of the Penal Code. But the defendant, come plead not guilty to the charge.

The Judge, Bello Rufai, con grant the defendant bail of N1m, plus including one surety wey get the same amount.
