Them charge am with criminal conspiracy and say him dey in possession of 16 ATM cards wey them suspect say nah steal him steal them. And say this offence break the rule of Sections 97 and 318 of the Penal Code Laws of Benue, 2004.
The person wey carry the matter go court talk say this boy nah 300 level student of BSU OOO and say them arrest am with 16 ATM cards with different names inside examination hall o hmm!
And this boy con confess say true true nah wetin him dey do, and say him dey send all those ATM cards to one Ayo James wey dey stay for Kaduna, and say this man they use them commit plenty plenty crimes ooo!
